Health For All music session

On 29th September, Melody ran a fun, uplifting Health For All music session. Health For All is an absolutely fabulous charity she works with on a regular basis, supporting lots of different groups in the Leeds community.

The Venue.

This particular session was held at The Mansion, Roundhay Leeds in a beautiful, light, airy room, which was just perfect.

The Mansion is a stunning 1820’s Regency Grade II listed building with unrivalled views overlooking the Upper Lake of Roundhay Park. It is situated perfectly amidst 700 acres of beautiful parkland which makes it the dream venue for a wedding, and the perfect place for pretty much any event!

Health For All music session.

The session itself was an away day for many different charities, all coming together and collaborating in a new project called Better Together.

There was absolutely no other song to choose! Better Together, by Jack Johnson.

The whole team had so much fun engaging in Melody’s workshop! They began the session with some meditative breathing exercises to calm their nerves, had a little dance around, played some silly games (because why not!) and finished with everyone joining in a singalong to Better Together!

Melody just adores running these singing workshops, and is very excited to be collaborating with the beautiful and amazing April-Joy from April-Joy Training & Coaching

Together, this dynamic duo deliver a bespoke training package for a mental health, and a music session bringing fun, music, inspiration and awareness to the value of looking after that space between our ears!
